Your Right to Cancel

Under UK consumer law, customers purchasing online generally have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving their goods.

You then have a further 14 days to return the items.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unworn and unused
  • Items must be returned in their original condition
  • Original tags and packaging should be included where possible
  • Proof of purchase must be provided

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Personalised products
  • Custom-made items
  • Gift cards
  • Any items excluded by applicable law

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt.

Where a product is confirmed as faulty, we will provide an appropriate remedy, including repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with your legal rights.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days.

Original delivery charges may be refunded where required by law.

Return Shipping

Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return postage costs.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
